Matriculation Ceremony (Rescheduled)

The 2024/2025 Matriculation Ceremony has been rescheduled from Saturday, January 25, 2025 to Saturday, February 1, 2025.

• Abraka Main Campus
  • Time: 9:00 a.m.
  • Venue: Convocation Arena, Site III
  • Note: Students must be seated by 8:30 a.m.
• Oleh Campus
  • Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Venue: 1000-Seater Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Engineering
  • Note: Students must be seated by 10:30 a.m.

Orientation Exercise for Fresh Students

The orientation exercise will be held over three days as follows:

Day One – Wednesday, January 22, 2025

• All Faculties
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Activity: Opening Formalities & Lectures
  • Venue: Convocation Arena

Postponement of First Semester Examinations

The First Semester Examinations originally scheduled to begin on Monday, February 3, 2025, have been postponed.

• New Exam Start Date: Monday, February 17, 2025

This adjustment was made to accommodate the revised schedule and ensure adequate preparation time. The university regrets any inconvenience caused by this change.
